ok, I made up that stat about the "adding years to your life BUT it should be true ... and a better study than all other studies we hear about on the news.

My coworker is great, smart, talented and I adore her, but her head was about to explode with an overload of work. I got these for her and VOILA! She laughed the first time she saw them. AND now any time I hear her on a conference call I whisper or instant message "DON"T VOLUNTEER". And she laughs. Anne Taintor is wonderful and these sticky notes are wonderful.
