Loved it, but broke within the month Jun 29, 2009

First of all let me say that the vendor was great - I got the key chain within a couple days of ordering it. I LOVED the key chain, it was so cute and seemed to be of good quality. A couple weeks after I got it, I dropped my keys and the dog's foot broke. Fine, I thought, this was perhaps my mistake. Then, almost exactly one month after I received it, the entire dog charm broke off. I was really bummed because this was the whole point of the key chain - to have a my dog's breed on it. Additionally, the gold color has also already worn off of one charm (a gold bone in a silver dish). I was really bummed about the quality of this product, especially when I spent about $13 on a key chain.
