The Power of Attraction May 29, 2007
By D. Ranta They're so small and innocuous-looking in the package. But open 'em up, get 'em near an appliance and BAM! Those little suckers slammed onto the Frigidaire with such force that I was genuinely startled. They're so tiny that my husband has trouble prying them up with his big, meaty fingers. As magnets go, they come highly recommended. Obviously not for the wee ones who haven't yet learned not to stick inedible objects in their various orifices.

not a toy Mar 24, 2008

I have mighties that I use all of the time. They are crazy strong, so much so that I would NOT rate them as a toy. If a little kid ate one, it would be an issue. I use these in my office, and in my school (high school). Kids love how strong they are, but if one is dropped, it will find the nearest thing to stick to, and may be hard to get off! I know one rater said that these barely hold a sheet of paper up, but I've been able to do a several pages with just one magnet without a problem at all. You can get one to stick to another through your hand. They are that strong.

These teeny tiny magnets have quite the punch of power! And they look great organizing my office. Ones not in use I make decorative patterns with. I cannot get over how small and how strong!
Not really a toy, magnets are too small for kids BUT... Nov 30, 2010

I wouldn't categorize this magnet set as a toy, the magnets are too small for kids BUT...
for the purpose I purchased them for they are perfect!
I bought them as small refrigerator magnets and they work well for that purpose.
I was tired of all the weak decorative refrigerator magnets always sliding and falling off the door and not holding up notes, business cards and pictures very well.
These tiny round magnets are so strong, just one of them can hold up a thick business card, or a few large sheets of paper. And because you get plenty with this package you can place one in each corner of a picture and not worry about it moving or flying off the refrigerator door.
I didn't give them 5 stars only because they are smaller than they appear in the pictures but that isn't necessarily a bad thing, just try not to drop any on them on the floor because it will be difficult to locate because of the small size.
Overall, I do recommend them as refrigerator magnets, not as a toy.
We didn't use these as a toy Nov 12, 2010

These little magnets aren't being used as a toy, but they totally live up to their name. They are MIGHTY! We're using them on a stainless bulletin board in our kitchen, and though they are small, they easily hold up photos and artwork.
If anything, they can be a little difficult to remove. But since the biggest problem with magnetic bulletin boards (and fridge-art) is that stuff gets knocked off by accident, I am very happy to have these extra-sticky magnets.
They rock!
