This handy little contraption does exactly what it is suppose to. It holds your purse off the ground. I have a pretty heavy, medium sized purse, and did not feel like it was in danger of falling. It folds up very compactly into your purse. Overall a fine buy. I have seen less expensive versions (1/3 the price) at TJ Maxx, but I thought the designs were tacky, but if you don't mind that since it is just to hang your purse you can try there. I have been satisfied with this purchase.

This purse hanger easily and smoothly folds up around itself, slips into a small velvet pouch (included) and takes little room in your handbag. It will enable you to hang your purse from all but the thickest of tables or desks. So often the choice seemed to be to hang my bag over the back of my chair and lose the ability to safeguard it, or to set it where I could see it on a nasty floor. Finally I bought a purse hanger for myself and have loved it. I bought this vino hanger for my daughter who is a winemaker, but the design is great for anyone who enjoys a little taste of the grape. It is very true to the photo, and provides a convenient, safe place for your valuables.
