Excellent Yoyo Apr 25, 2011
By E. Kennedy I got this for my nephew to add to his collection and he loves it! He's very good at a lot of tricks and he enjoys this yoyo with its funny squirrel counter weight. I'd recommend it as a gift for anyone interested in yoyos.

Flying Squirrel YoYo Yo! Oct 01, 2010
By MattTheCzar So, The flying squirrel is a beginner to intermediate yoyo featuring a mix between the butterfly and imperial yoyo shape. This yoyo in particular is meant for freehand style yoyo play in which you use the rubber squirrel counter weight to do crazy awesome yoyo tricks, but you can also use this as a standard yoyo.
One problem with the yoyo that I got was that it had a wear on the inside rim of the yoyo which was unusual considering that it was still in the packaging. The other problem was that two of the weights in the sides of the yoyo were loose and noisy. I popped her open and stuck some paper under the weights to add tension, worked like a charm, no noise. Finally, the yoyo bearing that comes with it seems to be greased with a thicker lube(good for beginners) and I could only get it to sleep for about 20 secs. That can be fixed with some thin yoyo lube or some other sort of lube, I like to use valve lube meant a trumpet because it is easy to find and works, to the best of my knowledge exactly the same as pro lube. After lube application I got 30-40 secs sleep and was satisfied with the small design of the yoyo.
Overall I give this yoyo a 5/5 stars because it is the perfect size for me, it looks awesome, and even though mine has some flaws, with some minor adjustments the yoyo works like a charm and makes all the homies mad jealous.
