5This yo-yo reawakened my inner yoer.  Feb 05, 2008
By Bradley Raley "Terrerian Acrobologist"
It's a totally awesome midlevel yo-yo. I play with it almost everyday. As a kid I used to yo-yo all the time. It is pretty much the exact same thing as a Bumblebee GT which is what I had back then too.
For me it sleeps for a good 10 seconds, that's why I say it's midlevel. There are tons of tricks you can do with it, but to make long combos is impossible beyond 2 or 3 tricks.
To make it spin longer I removed one of the brake pads and put a new string on it. Get pro-grade string to instantly improve the yo-yo's feel.
It's good for practice and fun, but (for me at least) will eventually need to be upgraded to a Freehand Zero.

5Just want my son wanted  Jan 09, 2012

I can't personally describe this yo yo, but my son is having a great time with it and says it is just the one he wanted.

3Rattles  Mar 06, 2011
By Chirstopher Nichols
I picked up another Dragonfly to replace the one I overtightened. This one isn't quite the same as my old one, though. I think Duncan lightened it up a bit, which is probably an improvement, but the one I got has this annoying rattle noise whenever it's sleeping. Maybe it should have been called the Rattlesnake?

4Decent beginner yo-yo  Feb 07, 2011
By Isda
Now by beginner, I mean beginner at learning to try tricks etc, not as in 5 year old that never touched a yo-yo, just to point out. As far as the product goes, it does what it says, have had pretty good luck with it, able to pull off beginner tricks without much problem, able to get respectable sleeper times, but when first received the brake pads did seem overly touchy in terms of response, and often found the yo-yo practically auto-returning, without any user force, but that goes away fairly quickly as the pad is worn in some.
