My wife and I are big dachshund fans; and having just added a new puppy to the family this year, I wanted to get my wife some fun, dachshund-themed stocking stuffers for Christmas. This nutcracker ornament was a perfect addition. She loved it. I was pleased because it seemed to be well constructed and sturdy, and likely to hold up to years of abuse on and off the tree. Further, it looked really good, and not chintzy at all. For you doxy fans out there...highly recommended!
