I actually originally got this item out of some crazy belief it would be a good Yo-yo overall. That was a pretty big mistake on my part- While it does loop pretty well, it also comes back to the hand immediately after throwing, unless you unscrew it a little bit first.
Alright, so "function" really isn't this thing's strongpoint. But, it is almost perfectly round, just like a real baseball (though it is, as one might expect, much smaller and lighter).
All-in-all, this is definitely something that I'd only reccommend if you're crazy about baseball and simply must have every piece of merchandise for it you can get your hands on. If you're looking for an actual Yoyo, then this is probably not going to suit you very well.
